Successfully bootstrapped & regrtested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
Pushed to trunk as 53cb324cb4f9475d4eabcd9f5a858c5edaacc0cf.

gcc/analyzer/ChangeLog:
	* region-model.cc (region_model::get_lvalue_1): Make const.
	(region_model::get_lvalue): Likewise.
	(region_model::get_rvalue_1): Likewise.
	(region_model::get_rvalue): Likewise.
	(region_model::deref_rvalue): Likewise.
	(region_model::get_rvalue_for_bits): Likewise.
	* region-model.h (region_model::get_lvalue): Likewise.
	(region_model::get_rvalue): Likewise.
	(region_model::deref_rvalue): Likewise.
