Hi,

This patch merges the dmd frontend implementation with upstream dmd 792f0fdf2.

Backports semantic pass refactoring, fixing a number of ICEs in
handling forward or recursively referenced declarations.

Bootstrapped and regression tested on x86_64-linux-gnu.
